Hand Picked Pumpkin teamed up with Custom Made for Kids, Four Peas, and The Chocolate Cake Club (all Chicagoland-based, mom-owned companies) and sent this beautiful gift basket to Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry just after the birth of their daughter Nohla.
